| Jeffrey Micklas is the creator and founder of Petx. He grew up in Westchester County and worked for a boarding kennel throughout high school and college. He saw the struggles many pet owners endured having to transport their pets to the kennel when they went away on long trips; and when they had to take precious time from their weekends for grooming trips. Jeff himself owns two dogs and he knows the dedication needed to raise a pet. His six year old lab "Honey” and a three year old Husky "Becky" demand all his care and devotion. |

Jeff is also an avid runner; he is a member of the NYRR club and has run over nine marathons and two ultra-marathons, a total of over 300 miles, in the past five years. Since he started running Jeff had a faithful running partner, his Husky-Becky. This running is where K-9 cardio originated. |

| His pet caring experience inspired him to provide a solution to the difficulties he and other pet owners lived. In the summer of 2007 he decided to take the knowledge he had from growing up caring for pets and combine it with his five year profession of excelling in customer service in banking. His profound knowledge and care for pets combined with his dedication and responsiveness to clients have created a superior pet services company, Petx. |
